Ordered two chairs for my bedroom. The delivery arrived and one was incorrect. I contacted customer services, they arranged for delivery and collection of the replacement in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout until I received the delivery. We can all make errors but how we respond is what counts. Well done team Danetti.
