Q: How do you go after your own dreams but also support your partner's?
A: Michael: I’ve always wanted Staci to be involved in my dreams and career pursuits, and I think I’ve made it a goal of mine to challenge and encourage her to follow her own dreams. Beyond making me a delicious meal or one day raising our children, I’ve tried to challenge Staci to find out what she likes to do most and how she can use it to help others.
A: Staci: To a certain extent his dreams ARE my dreams, so it’s pretty easy to support him in his efforts. Michael has done a superb job of helping me to realize my value professionally as his partner as well as seriously pursue the things that I enjoy more so than I ever have before. We’ve been doing photo shoots together for the last year or so and it’s been pretty amazing how well we work together. We have complementary talents that act as a natural balance for each other’s career pursuits.
