Meet Miguel. He’s been with Devoción almost since opening our first café in New York. Miguel has a vast amount of experience in the coffee industry, having worked as a barista, café manager, an educator, and now as a coffee service technician.
Miguel shares with us his go-to drink is cascara, as it reminds him of his mom’s agua de tamarindo and his youth in Mexico. Cascara, made from cold-pressed coffee cherries, has a natural flavoring like tamarind, and is naturally sweet and effervescent.
