This rare variety was discovered by his neighbor only a few years ago, making it a recent development within the world of coffee and a genetic mystery of how it arrived to Colombia from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.
La Esperanza Ají, named for the district where Dairo’s farm is located, is an extremely vibrant and bright coffee, with a predominant note of blood orange and aromatic herbs like lemongrass, and a sweet juiciness like ripe mulberries. Order now directly from our website!
