When Yanila Mayorga and her husband bought their farm 11 years ago in Huila, the plot of land was barren and unsuitable for agriculture. Over the past decade, they have brought the land back to life, focusing on soil regeneration and planting trees native to their region. Since certifying their farm organic and producing coffee without the use of pesticides and agrochemicals, they have seen many flora and fauna species return to their land.
Terra Verde Organic is a fruit-forward coffee with notes of peach and pineapple that give it a tart yet tropical acidity, and a range of warm spice flavors and aromas that make it an approachably sweet yet complex single estate.
