After a busy day yesterday of working out, sitting by the pool and generally driving around looking for nice things for mini I was happy to get back on my mat this morning. I changed my flows up a little bit today for some variation and did some deep breathing to clear chest... Ahhh nothing better than to start your day refreshed.... .
