I've spent a lot of this week thinking about what I am grateful for because I have some close friends and family going through a tough time at the moment. -
Since I've been on this yoga journey it's helped me to become more humble for what I have, what I've achieved and what I'm striving for. I've begun to peel back the layers of what has upset me and why and how I can improve on making things better and more positive.
-
So here are the things I'm grateful for
1) my health - for loving sport
2) my friends who stood by me when my mum died - I could never have got through anything without them-
3) my job - how often do you realise how lucky we are to have one and really enjoy what we do
4) being able to support my friends and family in their time of need. I love being a shoulder to cry on or someone to listen to others issues. I feel like I can give back what I've received. - ?????????????? I just want to say thank you to my fellow yogis and sportwomen for inspiring me and making me a more positive person ❤️?❤️?.
