The weather has been weird today dark and cloudy then sunny now it's raining ??? played Inside today after my run on my trusty treadmill, and was quite surprised when I finally managed to get myself into this lotus legs hollowback handstand? whatever you wanna call it, ever since I saw @this.is.aly.r post one ages ago I've always wanted to try it but could never get into it ? it felt like the wall was in road....
