It took me 4 falls till I got a hold on this ? I use to get really frustrated at myself falling out of poses even the most easiest one, now I don't have a care in the world if I fall because really it's funny. I'm on this wonderful yoga journey Learning new things about my practice and my body every single day falling over is apart of learning ??.
