We are on a journey to empower Women from all around the globe to feel healthy, strong and happy!!! Health and Fitness has always been in our lives in some way growing up and now for the last 10 years we have made it our full time job to help others live and feel better.
From a young age our fitness journey started through dance & gymnastics. We are now Personal Trainers in Australia and between us we teach a wide diversity of classes from Pilates, dance, weights, cycle, barre classes and more.
We continue to study to keep up with the ever growing fitness industry and we like to evolve with it and try new things but also coming back to the basics as well.
We want to pass our knowledge onto those around us and believe when it comes to health and fitness, there is no " one size fits all" .
We love mixing it up and are passionate about all kinds of exercise styles. Doing every type of training doesn't suit everyone as we are all unique or we have different body shapes or injuries but we all want to feel good!!! If you can take away even just one workout from what we can show you then that will make us happy. Follow our journey and become a Sculpt Sister with us!!!
