Woke up early to get in my move for #freshbodyfitmind and a good stretch before I face what the day has for me and my family. The next few days I may be a little quite, as my family and I say goodbye to my grandmother. These time a rough on everyone when we have to face them. It wasn't that long ago that I did face this moment with my dad and to see it again right now I'm a blubbering mess and I want to be here for my own mother at this time.
