I went to see my first ever yoga teacher today to get an opinion on how i was doing and honestly it's so refreshing to learn so much but someone who's experienced in this area. I'll be starting classes on Saturday (even though it means 1.5 hours travel time to get there ?) but it could all be worth it! Let's hope for the best!
