Glad to be back on my balcony today after a few days recovering from all the wedding meyhem and getting back in to work. I find it crazy to think this time last year I was a little lost, didn't know what a fitness routine was, had never thought about yoga but now I've met some wonderful people who have helped me change my ways for the better...
