Tips for crow whether you're beginner or advanced. ? start crouched down and place your hands on the floor about shoulder width apart. Open your fingers like a spider - this will help you balance and distribute your weight evenly. ? start with placing your knees either side of your arms. You'll see if pics that yogis place their knees at the back of their arms (this is for the more advanced) ?once you have your knees either side lean forward and put the weight in your fingers. DONT be afraid to fall forwards it's natural to feel this but you won't fall as your fingers will stop you (plus a few face plants never broke my nose yet??? ?squeeze your knees tight in to the side of your arms and either lift one leg at a time or both together. ?if you want more of a challenge and are ok with holding this you can either straighten your arms in to crane or lower your head slowly in to a tripod and continue with a headstand ???☀️? _______________________________
