This is the first time I've been able to reach my left hand to my foot in this pose, My left shoulder has opened up so much, that flipping my grip has even become more comfortable, ? love these happy yoga moments ? also the first day of the 14day yoga challenge #findyourasana that I have joined starts tomorrow or maybe later today ? one of them i'm a little confused with the time/day differences but I'm so excited to see what the first pose will be ?? my tights are by @dharmabumsactive ?
