I won't be letting go of my trusty old tree here anytime soon for a standing compass pose, I can see a lot of room for improvement here starting with that bent standing leg ? if I could do this on the ground I would totally be in my flying warrior that I struggle with soo much, yoga is a long journey but its such an enjoyable learning one ? wearing all @dharmabumsactive loving my new tights I even washed them last night so I could wear them again today ?? ?
