There is something kind of magical about this spot ~ I just love the energy this place gives off. So it makes me super excited to be heading out to the @fairmontcll this weekend a pretty special, luxury meditation retreat with Tracey Delfs of Balance Quest. Meditation is one of the areas I really struggle with and I think heading out to this majestic location will really help me to focus and surrender to the process.
