When I teach, I am filled with so much joy- and this joy is purely 100% received energy from the beautiful students who practice with me. I feel your love. I feel your trust. I feel your vulnerability and healing. I love your smiles. I love your hearts. I love when you laugh and I love when you cry. Thank you for your energy tonight and all nights. 💙
