Today is by far one of the happiest days of all of our lives here at DIFF. Throughout the past 3 weeks we've been lucky enough to collaborate with an amazing young woman named Kelsey Sabo. She is a Peace Corp volunteer currently stationed in Uganda working with children on a literacy program in her region. Her motto is empowerment, and her passion is real.
Thanks to @sabe_oh we started a new charitable initiative to begin eyewear examinations for children in rural Africa. With the help of some amazing doctors and volunteers, Kelsey will be able to successfully test 1800 pupils to see who will need further refractive vision exams and eventually be fitted with proper prescription eyewear.
