Dixxon was founded in Huntington Beach and has been largely influenced by hardcore music and origins of punk rock…. This is where The Strut Flannel was born. As beach cities change over the years, what is now a shiny and clean Main Street was once home to the most notoriously violent shows in hardcore punk music in the 1980s. Thriving with skateboarding, music, counter culture, and progression - the birthplace of so much underground culture. The HB STRUT was a hybrid slam dancing, moshing, of sorts & originated right there on this scene. Let’s unite & reminisce to keep the underground alive.
