Our family is moving to a new home this weekend and it will be the first place that Thomas will not have lived in with me since I adopted him in California. He will always be with us but I do wish I could see him enjoy his new yard and bed — I loved watching him enjoy our home as if it was built just for him. Luckily, our new puppy cat Jonesy’s comfort level is reaching a similar status after being with us for almost a year. You know a dog feels at home when he sleeps in well past everyone else in the house —
