In honor of National Siblings Day, I have to say how incredibly grateful I am to my siblings for joining me on this duoFIT journey. My sister Hailee, who owns @citygymkc, gave me the opportunity to work out and teach classes there, which is where the idea for duoFIT was born! My brother Spencer takes all the awesome photos and videos of duoFIT products, and his wife/my SIL Laura Beth is our lead of creative and product development. These 3 are such an inspiration to me, today and every day. Happy #nationalsiblingsday!
