So what exactly is small batch production? It is a term used for a production run of less than 500 pieces or garments. duoFIT is a small batch production and we are constructed locally (here in #KC) by an amazing organization, Rightfully Sewn. We work together with Rightfully Sewn’s team to helps us determine the right fabric to ensure quality. They take our designs and draft the patterns for the 2-3 samples we create for each design, then they work on scaling each pattern for sizes. Next, the team works on cutting and sewing each component. We are not fast fashion, but we work together to create efficiencies. Our timeline from concept to creation is about 12 weeks. It is a true team effort and we are lucky to work with experts in the fashion world right here in Kansas City. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
