We hope you and your loved ones are well.
Last week, we took a pause - took time to reflect, listen and have important conversations. Now as a new week begins, it’s time to enact meaningful change.
While I have always designed for women of all ethnicities, religions and backgrounds, it is clear our imagery and our feed may not always reflect this and I’m making a conscious effort to change that…
I had received comments and messages from some of you that you wanted to see more diversity from EF Collection, most notably more of our pieces on women of color. I want to let you know that I heard you, and took these messages very seriously.

While this is just the start, I speak on behalf of my entire team when I say that we will continue to listen to all of you - our wonderful customers and friends, educate ourselves, speak up against injustices and make sure that everyone feels included and represented at EF Collection.
During the month of June, we will be continuing our #EFfort to help our greater community by donating 20% of sales from efcollection.com to @naacp @aclu_nationwide & @fairfightaction
