Me too. Sometimes I even wonder what I was thinking when I quit my job and started relying on social media as my only source of income, can I really do this?
It’s not always as perfect as it seems on Instagram, I get my fair share of negative comments. The past few months I’ve heard some pretty rude/nasty things about me and my content creation. It really upset me. It’s not easy to feel as though everyone is judging you.
But here’s the thing, I’ve realized I can’t be everyone’s cup of tea and that’s okay! I’ve lost a few followers, cut a few ties with old friends and cried, a lot. As sad as that is I have created room for new friends who not only support me but get me! I have been blown away by new friendships and connections I have made by being authentic to myself! I guess it really is true, you attract what you put out into the world! ✨
