Applied what I think will be the last “layer” of fabric dye on my elope.inc Fleur Hat. I wish this is the spray paint I’d found first. They are both Tulip Brand fabric dye, but the pump spray as opposed to the aerosol spray goes on much easier, lest waste, and a softer finish. #tulipfabricpaint #craftywitch #improvise
