Calling all Eventers - 2018 Rule Change!
Smooth rowel spurs are now permitted for use in British Eventing competitions.
BE has joined British Dressage (BD) and the international governing body, the FEI, in 'legalising' rowel spurs. However - they must be free to rotate, round and smooth. No tines!
Note, this rule change does not apply to young horse classes.
Change effective 1 January.
