We're so proud of our Brand Ambassador, Laura Swinnerton, who, despite making it to the last 16 for selection to the Europeans, didn't quite make the final cut. Laura's done so, so well to progress to the level as quickly as she has done; in our opinion she's a real inspiration to all of you out there! In her true determined style, Laura will be back out on 21 June at Nunney Intermediate to crack on with her campaign to get to CIC***. Please join us in wishing her well and if you haven't done so already, LIKE her page! In her own words: "So to bring you all up to speed, sadly our 2* team journey is over. I had the call earlier in the week to say that Molly and I hadn't made the squad. Whilst I am obviously gutted I was also prepared for that outcome. It was our SJ which let us down in the end - slightly ironic as I'd been focusing everything on improving the dressage as I thought that was our weak area!! But, I have to be grateful for the experience - i have received some fantastic training and made new friends on the circuit. It's been an amazing journey and when I went to the very first selection trial over a year ago I didn't think I stood a chance so to make it to the final 16 is a remarkable achievement so I am proud of that. I now have a new goal to work towards and the training I have received has helped me get closer to that stage. I still dream of having my chance to ride for Team GBR, but for the time being we just need to keep working harder and climbing the ladder. Huge thanks to every single one of you who has supported me along the journey, especially my amazing sponsors Advanced Roller Doors - E.K. Ltd. Here's to the next chapter, bring on 3* level!!" #EquusEngland #equestrian #eventing #dressage #showjumping #horses
