In Kelly's own words: "37yo Show Rider from Central Scotland. Lives in a country cottage with my husband, two horses and Cat (Bow).
As well as horses I love - Chinese food, Ibiza Holidays, make up and perfume addict 💄
Favourite horse show - Royal Highland Show, literally my most favourite weekend of the year 😍

Cracker is a 15yo Welsh x - I’ve had him from 3yo, we have done everything over the years showing & XC was our favourites but done some unaffiliated jumping and dressage too. He suffered from sudden onset laminitis which took us 2 years to get over but were now starting to re-establish ourselves and I would like to do some BD and Veteran Showing Classes with him going forward 🏇
Troy is an 11yo Traditional Cob. I inherited him a couple of years ago after I broke him to ride as a 9yo, he had previously been a drive pony. Last year was our first proper show season and he exceeded all my expectations being in the ribbons every outing. My goal is to continue his showing career and a HOYS ticket would be my ultimate dream. We have also just started our BD journey and after a couple of outings qualified for regionals 🐴
I’ve been riding all my life. My younger years were spent on the BSJA circuit before I ended up with Cracker which took me in the direction of showing. My particular interest is training and developing young horses, I get a great kick out of backing and bringing on youngsters. I’m lucky enough to have been asked by friends over the years to help break their horses as well as having produced my own.
