"Hello! Iām Elena, a 25 year old amateur showjumper based in Surrey. Iām a full time vet student, due to graduate next year and balance my competing in British Showjumping competitions with University.
I have three mares:
ā Remy - my semi-retired Irish Sports Horse. Back in the day we competed up to 1m15 regularly.
ā Trooper - British Sports Horse, out on full loan.
ā Minnie (aka the sass queen) - British Sports Horse. Competing at Foxhunter level.
My aims for 2021 with Minnie include stepping up to 1m30, jumping at the big shows (Windsor, Hickstead etc) and going double clear, jumping our first international (the world permitting), and just getting out as much as possible. We are now recently based at a professional showjumping yard that makes this all more doable!"
