"Monday evening Spider and I travelled to Brook Farm to take part in the Equilibrium Products Meeting of Minds Demo Evening.
Working with Jason Webb and Charlie Unwin Spider and I took part in a series of exercises to help us overcome tension and spooky behaviour."
"Jason worked with Spider solo to teach him some exercises while I was hooked up to a heartmath machine and worked with Charlie on my mindset and visualisation techniques. The session ended with me putting all the tools together to manage Spider's spooky behaviour. "
