When I was little I used to see my mum put on her face mask, sometimes she would let me put it on for her and I used to think it was strange 🤪 but at the same time unbeknown to me she was teaching me a valuable lesson about caring for myself. I would have never thought putting a mask on my face would be so important in my adult years and make me feel so good! I get why she was doing it now. #mumsalwaysright 👩👧
