Happy Earth Month! 💚🌏 Ethique was founded because we believe business has the power to make positive, long lasting change for people and planet. We believe business can be environmentally sustainable, fair and generous to all people and financially responsible and that profit should not be the single factor upon which we measure success. We do everything we can to operate as ethically and sustainably as possible.
Our Ethique forest, which we broke ground on last year on Earth day 2020 is a project we are immensely proud of. One year on and we are officially climate positive!! 🎉 This means we offset much more than we emit.
A year ago, we made the commitment to plant one tree or mangrove for every order made on our website with our partner @ecologi_hq, a gold standard accredited carbon credit provider (alongside investing in carbon capture and renewable energy tech). So far, you’ve helped us to plant over 202,000 trees! Of course, that means we now have to have a new goal. So now we’re reaching for 400,000 trees by the end of 2021 🌳
