First impressions: How on earth am I going to rub a solid shampoo bar on my fluffy double-coated dog?
In use: Subtle scent. Dog approved. We used this on an extremely smelly, muddy, double-coated pooch and it proved to be an effective shampoo. Takes more time to get suds compared to a liquid soap. Start with water, then rub on shampoo. then add a little more water, then massage to get a lather. Dog seemed to be fine with the new approach.
Long term: We sliced ours up into smaller pieces so we could use bit by bit and keep unused pieces fresher for longer.
Product design: This isn’t easier than liquid shampoo but it’s an effective method for those who have the patience to clean with a shampoo bar.
Ideal for: Doggos.
