GAME CHANGER ... Can't tell you just how much I'm loving the new One Hot Yoga & Pilates Studio @onehotyoga that has opened up literally a 3 minute walk from my house. Convenience really is everything. I've gone from doing practically zero exercise to three reformer classes a week and feel like a new woman! No more aches. No longer waking tired.
