Our first attempt with the @thefoodcycler was a success! We boiled our scrap veggies to make broth, then used the FC to make a soil ammendment for our garden in spring :) Since the food was pretty wet from making broth, it took a bit longer than 3 hours, but it was super quiet and very easy to set up! The final product is dry and finely ground, and has almost no smell at all. It has a slight PLEASANT aroma!
In all, if it keeps up like this, we will be big fans of the product and feel it will be worth the investment!! #foodcycler #compost #zerowaste #zerowasteliving
