One half of the duo behind Vancouver’s @gto.burger, a pop-up burger concept, Drew knows his way around the kitchen. We teamed up to bring you this comforting autumn-appropriate soup, infused with the mild Mexican flavors of epazote and smoky cascabel chiles. It’s simple to prepare, yet complex in flavor.
