Every time I put on a bikini I instantly start to criticize my body. I used to have a really unhealthy mindset when summer came around.
Putting on a bikini meant I wouldn’t eat a lot before going to the beach, I would restrict calories just to look skinnier, and I would stare at myself for hours in the mirror criticizing every roll and stretch mark.
