Over the last few months I’ve learned how resilient I can be.
I’m finally starting to feel like myself again, thanks to being back to teaching yoga and Ajja allowing me to sleep more than 3 hours at a time starting this last week. 😄🙏🏼
This has been one of the most rewarding times in my life, but also the most challenging.
