The constant striving is wearing my 32 year old body down.
I want to say I’m over it, but I’m not. I’m trying to be.
I love working out. I love feeling stronger. I love pushing myself. I love the “me time” I gain.
It’s the disappointing scale & cringe face I make when I walk past a mirror, that I don’t like.
I don’t have the answers yet. So instead of declaring changes—I’m taking it slow for the future me.
