I haven’t always felt good in shorts. I was always insecure about my cellulite, jiggle & all that jazz.
Growing up in the generation where a thigh gap was the most desired leg goal really did some damage to my thick thighed psyche. #fableticsambassador
But a few years back I realized that I’ll never have a thigh gap, but I’ll have some strong stems and that’s pretty amazing.
So now with a lot more post baby thigh area than I’m used to, I’ve decided to keep embracing myself in all stages - and keeping myself comfortable & cool is a form of self care.
This summer we’re opting outside more and trying to embrace as much sun as Monterey will give us, and sunny days call for shorts!
Shaun won’t be the only one wearing running shorts this summer, I’ll be rocking them too (with my anti chafing stick on hand of course).
