I had a fabulous time on vacation. I didn’t workout, and I ate whatever I wanted. Thankfully it was only 4 days. 🙈 Today I was back to it and worked super hard at Orange Theory. I sprinted hard and lifted heavy even though I had to leave early. I have the starwars 10k and half marathon this weekend, so I can’t let up now! When is your next race?
