The past 2 years I’ve struggled with body issues due to age, lack of fitness, poor diet and being stationary for a long period of time.
I was honestly at the lowest point in my life. I have NEVER been so miserable emotionally and physically.
Sometimes you have to make decisions not everyone will agree with and make that change for yourself.
It’s not an easy road. Some people don’t understand how I could ever possibly feel that way, judging me, but you know what, it’s not their life, it’s not their own feelings, it’s not their decision...It’s mine. #ownit
