Every year gets better.
Every year I feel more at home with myself, in this body, and with this life.
It’s not that things get easier as I grow older,
as the years pass.
Actually, it’s quite the opposite.
More challenges arise.
But through these challenges I become stronger.
I am shaped by experiences, both good and bad.
I find that I’m surrounding myself with people who lift me and nurture my growth.
I find that I am feeling purpose in my decisions.
I feel a commitment to myself, to my loved ones, and to this earth and all creatures that live here.
