In so many ways #2017 has been the most challenging year of my life. I’ll spare you the specifics, but take my word for it 😏 My world was flipped upside down and I’ve hurt more than I’ve ever. I was surrounded by challenges, chaos, loss and turmoil. And I succumbed to judgment, comparison & attack. The forms that these lessons have taken provide an #Opportunity for me to apply my #YogaPractice - on and off the mat. And let me tell you it hasn’t been easy, but I’m committed to #Healing & #Joy .
