Tuesday's are my favorite... why? Because it's BARRE day!!! (And Thursday's!) Every Tuesday& Thursday there is a barre class at my gym during lunch and I use this time each week for ME and me only. I block my work calendar so that no one can schedule meetings with me and I make myself leave my computer and go! I have never regretted it once! I actually miss going to this class when I am out of town. Corporate ladies out there, don't be afraid to block that time on your calendar for YOU!!
