It's a forest creature living in the trees and being the guardian and soul of the forest. Be kind and the creature will help you and your hunt will be good - but be wicked and the forest will be dark, empty and fade away. When I was a kid it was an exciting tale, but growing older I understood that it might be the Danish version of explaining good and bad Karma."
