I’ve been making lots of progress in the gym lately, hitting new PR’s here and there, but I feel like it doesn’t show and I really need to work on changing that. My self control has just been in the dumps lately. So saying that out loud helps and hopefully I can get some of my motivation and determination back here soon!💪🏻
