As per usual, i attempted 135 for a push press 5 times before I got it. What was different from the first failed attempt to the successful one? Honestly I don’t know. I stopped thinking it through and analyzing it and just said I am going to lift it. That’s the energy I need to be manifesting for the next 5 weeks. Also I painted my face with Ickis, Oblina and Krumm from my t-shirt bc they are the coolest Nickelodeon characters. .
