BODYWEIGHT FULL BODY WORKOUT 💪🏻. This one is mostly focused on legs with some additional upper body pushing exercises (as my previous workout was more “pull-focused”). I enjoyed it muchly ☺️.

While I’m making sure I get some activity in daily (outdoor walks mostly), I’ve been training 3-4 days/week, versus my previous 5-6, and sticking with full body workouts. I’ve also been utilizing circuits to be a little more efficient. It’s super easy to get sidetracked at home (please note how close I am to my couch and fridge) and I find I’m more focused this way. While I’m not doing traditional cardio it also helps me to get my heart rate up a little, while keeping my intensity in the moderate range.

Unintended benefit of this reduced frequency: I’m more recovered now so I’m feeling a bit stronger and apparently I didn’t lose quite as much dip strength as I thought I did (this actually made me pretty jazzed 🙈). In my defence, just retaining reps is progressive overload now 🤰🏼😂

💛Regular push-ups - 6
OR modified version (shown in next clip)
-
💜Single leg hip thrusts - 15/side
💜Banded hip thrusts - 25
💜Banded abduction - 25
💜Pike push-ups - 10
-
💚Kneeling leg extensions (opt band) - 8
💚Hamstring slides - 12
-
❤️Copenhagen plank - 30 sec/side
❤️Side lying hip raises - 15/side

Always modify to make it suit your current goals and level! Remember you can manipulate reps, sets, weight used, exercise variation, exercise tempo, rest period times, etc to make workouts best work for you! Challenge yourself but work to your level ☺️
